Accommodation Letter Renewal

To access the Student Disability Portal:

1. Go to MySlice
2. Click on the “Disability Resources” tile.
3. Click on “Disability Student Portal” tile.

Once in Accommodate, hover your cursor over the Accommodation tab> click Letter Renewal>Request Accommodation>Select Term (e.g. Spring 2021)>Submit for All Accommodations.

We anticipate that all requests will be processed within 3-5 business days and can be found under the Accommodations tab.  To find it, please click (accommodation) Letters.
